At DocuAssist, we are committed to providing high-quality document management and administrative services. Because our services involve time, expertise, and customized work, the following refund policy applies.

1. Service-Based Work

Once work on a project has begun, refunds may not be available for services already completed or time already spent on the project.

2. Deposits

Where a deposit is required to secure a booking or begin work, the deposit may be non-refundable, as it secures time and resources allocated to your project.

3. Cancellation

If a client cancels a service before work has started, a refund may be considered, less any administrative costs that may have been incurred.

4. Client Satisfaction

DocuAssist strives to ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the completed service, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

5. Scope Changes

If the scope of work changes during a project, additional fees may apply. Any changes will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work is carried out.

6. Processing of Refunds

Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible and may take several business days to reflect depending on the payment provider.
