DocuAssist will organize your files into labelled cabinets or boxes, ready for easy use.

R250 per hour

 

2. Shredding / Secure Disposal

Confidentially destroy sensitive or unnecessary documents

R20 per kg

 

3. Scanning & Digital Backup

Convert paper documents into searchable PDFs or digital folders

R2 per page

 

4. Recycling / Disposal

Recycle papers or materials responsibly

R20 per kg

 

5. Donation / Community Sharing

Remove books, materials, or items for donation to schools, libraries, or charities

from R 150 per collection.

Collect documents from your location and return them organised

from R 150 per collection (depending on distance, Centurion and Pretoria locations only)
